HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Lead Coordinator strategically creates schedules and coordinates which Salesperson go out to which Leads. The Sales Lead Coordinator properly pre-qualifies every call prior to dispatching the salesperson. Their goal is to maximize sales through strategic placement of all leads and following a strict follow-up procedure.
We are in partnership with Lowe’s, one of the largest home improvement companies in the nation. Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for motivated, passionate and experienced Professional HVAC Comfort Advisors/Sales Professional to add to our team.
Earning potential of up to $60-300K plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Maintaining responsibility for dispatching all of the HVAC Division Salespersons’ in a manner that maximizes efficiency, ensures customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue.
● Pre-qualifying all scheduled calls minimum one day prior to their scheduled site visit date.
● Scheduling and dispatching salespersons’ to customer’s homes or businesses.
● Providing exceptional customer service to customers at all times.
● Performing Happy checks to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with their visit and to provide any additional information the customer needs.
● Sending out all follow-up emails to any customers with outstanding proposals within 2 days of our initial site visit.
● Working with individual salespersons’ on existing leads to ensure proper communication with customers and other administrative team members.
● Continuously working on ways to streamline and create more efficient processes and procedures.
● Rehashing old leads and customers with outstanding bids to try and create additional revenue and business opportunities.
● Working with the Call Center Manager on ways to help create additional call volume for the sales team during non-demand periods.
● Responsible for properly tracking all follow-ups, rehashes and customer communications within Service Titans (This must be completed and tracked in order to receive additional compensation) o All emails must be logged with a timestamp and communication date and sent through Service Titans.
o All phone calls must be performed through Service Titan and recorded.
o Text messages with customers must be documented and may be requested for review.
● Prequalify Tech Turns before they are scheduled to ensure the customers are interested in equipment replacement solutions.
● Acting as support and back up dispatcher for the HVAC Division.
● Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly.
● Performing other duties as assigned.
KPI’S:
● 30% close ratio on all rehash leads
● Minimum of 1 happy check phone call recorded through Service Titans per call ran
● Rehash emails must be sent and recorded through Service Titan for all calls ran with proposals left behind
● $60,000 or greater in additional revenue per month from rehash sales leads and follow up calls
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
● High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
● Previous experience as dispatcher
● General computer literacy
● Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service
● Must be efficient with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
● Must have strong skills in organization and planning; demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving
Compensation:
● Hourly rate position
● Division Quarterly bonuses
● 2% commission to be paid out on any rehashed leads that are 2 weeks or older unless otherwise changed/approved by the General Manager & Sales team member. (if rehash sales are not appropriately documented it will forfeit the commission)
● 4% commission to be paid out on any upsells made on rehashed calls
● 6% commission to be paid out on any leads not followed up on from prior Selling Tech estimates.
